The content of this document is aimed at promoting the quality of academic teaching through the explication of inspirational criteria on assessment that are believed to facilitate a collaborative climate between students and lecturers with the specific objective of rationalising and enhancing initiatives aimed at the learning process. The document is inspired by the founding principles of quality, pedagogy, communication and ethics and aims to establish an educational pact of cooperation and co-responsibility between students and teachers on a voluntary basis.
What is reported here, therefore, neither replaces nor modifies nor supplements the precepts that the Regulations of the various specifically appointed university structures indicate as mandatory fulfilments for the formal conduct of university teaching at any level.
